Residential Horizontal Systems

Horizontal systems are traditionally installed with an excavator or backhoe, digging long trenches to install 2, 4 or 6 pipes in a trench. These trenches are several hundred feet long and extend deep enough so that the top pipes are below the frost line. These systems are typically the most cost effective for residential installations, as long as there is space on the property.
